IDENTIFY
The online risk workshop allows people to add issues or potential threats in to the risk arena.
ASSESS
Users can discus the issues raised in the online risk forum thus filter out the good from the bad.
MEASURE
From the findings in the risk forum voting can begin on the relevant issues to score The likelihood of an event and the impact based on you doing nothing to try and resolve the issue and based on you putting in controls to try and prevent the issue.
TREAT
After you have scored risks you can then progress them to the risk action planner so the relevant users can suggest ways or controls to stop or reduce a risk.
MONITOR & COMMUNICATE
Once a treatment has been agreed the issue can be progressed to the Recommendation Tracker where issues are assigned to individuals for them to resolve.
